Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds : Full refund if you cancel up to 28 days in advance. No refund if you cancel 27 days or less prior to the date of departure. If you miss your tour on the day for any reason, no refund will be issued. If a trip is cancelled by us for any reason, full refunds will be issued. In the event we miss the 5:13pm train back to Inverness as a result of an error on our part, we will either drive you through or put you on the citylink bus at our cost. We will not be responsible for the citylink bus fare or any other costs should we miss the train due to events outwith our control, ie. road closures due to accidents, rail strikes or any other unforseen event.

Occassionally we have to cancel tours for the following reasons: Less than 3 people for a tour - This can be a problem if you are a single traveller during the winter months. In this eventuality we will try to give you three days warning and a full refund.
